Jason and Birdland Construction renovated our 100-year old row home's kitchen and bathroom. Their work was clean, efficient and beautiful. Everyone involved from Birdland was helpful and professional at all times. Same with their recommended vendors for tile and cabinets. Completed a bathroom renovation for me for a rental property.  Jason was on time for the estimate and very informative about recommendations and reasonable time frame for scope of work.  Jason was competitive with pricing and made it easy to work with him with a tenant occupying the property.  The work was completed on schedule and follow up check ups were made to ensure there were not any issues post completion.  Will definitely be calling him back to have the other bathroom renovated.
